2. Eligibility Criteria
A) Nationality/Citizenship
A candidate must be either i) a citizen of India or ii) a subject of Nepal or iii) a subject of Bhutan or iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or v) a person migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) or (v) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary, may be admitted to the examination/interview conducted by the Bank but on final selection, the offer of appointment may be given only after the necessary certificate of eligibility has been issued to him by the Government of India.
B) Reservation: Reservation to SC/ST/PH/OBC will be provided as per Government Guidelines.
C) Educational Qualification and Experience
Note:
- The candidate must possess the requisite educational experience and post qualification experience as on 01.12.2010.
- For posts where experience is essential/desirable, it should be full time.
- Experience in the relevant field for the post applied for will only be counted.
Grade/Scale: SMG, Scale -V No. of vacancies: 01Age: 40 years (Max)Qualification: CA and Graduation with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PC category candidates) from a recognized University (3 years Full Time Course). Desirable: Working Knowledge of SAP/ERP system.
Experience: Minimum Ten years post qualification experience of which at least 1 year should be as Scale IV officer in the Bank. Candidate should be able to prepare the accounts for the Bank independently and should have detailed knowledge of Corporate Taxation as also supervisory skills required in managing day today accounts work of the department, and the Bank as a whole. Candidate should be fully aware of the statutory requirement applicable to FI.2. Manager in General Cadre Category (OBC)
Grade/Scale: MMG, Scale -III No. of vacancies: 01Age: 35 years (Max)Qualification: CA and Graduation with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PC category candidates) from a recognized University (3 years Full Time Course). Essential: Working Knowledge of SAP/ERP system.
Experience: Minimum Six years post qualification experience of a Public Sector/Foreign Bank/ Financial Institution of which minimum of 2 years experience as Scale II officer. Candidate should have good knowledge of preparation of Balance sheet, handling day today accounts, Taxation and statutory requirements applicable to FIs and related operating knowledge.
3. Selection Procedure The selection will be made on the basis of Group Discussion and/or Interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for the interview after preliminary screening / short listing with reference to candidates' qualification, suitability, experience etc.
4. Application Fee including Postal Charges (Non Refundable)
For SC/ST/PH: Rs. 100/- (For each post)
For all others (including OBC): Rs. 400/- for each post
Note:
1. Requisite Application Fee must be paid by means of Bank Pay Order/
Bank Draft issued by a Scheduled Commercial Bank payable at DELHI
In favour of NATIONAL HOUSING BANK along with the
Application Forms.
2. Bank Draft / Bank Pay Order must be purchased on or after the date of
advertisement but on or before the last date of application
3. Payment by cash / cheque / money orders etc. will not be accepted
4. Candidates must write their names and addresses on the reverse of the Bank Draft / Bank Pay Order
5. Probation / Training The probation period for the above posts shall be 1 year.
6.
